The OPI Bondettes Set ($12.95 Ulta) is a set of 4 miniature polishes from the OPI Skyfall collection: The Spy Who Loved Me, GoldenEye, Live and Let Die, & The World Is Not Enough.
This set most intrigued me because I only really wanted GoldenEye and The Spy Who Loved Me. Pretty much all of the other shades (except Living Daylights, which will have a separate review later) fell short for me. I also have a weird relationship with OPI, I feel that their shades are pretty standard issue for being so expensive, they are one of the polish brands that I can’t manage to get a discount on so I have to shell out the full $8 D:

The Spy Who Loved Me- “A red as romantic as the secret agent inside you.” Bright blue based red with gold glass fleck glitter. SO GORGEOUS I NEED SO MANY OF THESE. For real, if you feel like just, sending me free nail polish for whatever reason, THIS ONE. So gorgeous, I really need to pick up a larger bottle. This one reminded me a lot of China Glaze’s Riveting from the Capitol Colors collection, not in color but by that inner glow the polish has. This is really bright and just glows. The first coat is moderately sheer, but it builds up perfectly on the second. The formula was on the thinner side for OPI but it was a nice type of thin, easy to work with and smooth.
GoldenEye- “All eyes will be upon you when you wear this glorious gold.” Gold flake glitter suspended in a clear base. Another stunner. This is dense enough to be opaque in 3-4 coats but can be applied sheerly to make a nice glitter topper. The formula on this was average thickness for OPI, which is just a tad thicker than I care for. The swatch above was a gradient using The Spy Who Loved Me and 3 coats of GoldenEye applied with a sponge.
The World Is Not Enough- “This rosy silver is as addictive as it is beautiful.” Pewter with heavy pink and silver shimmer as well as some blue. Interesting! I like it well enough, the pink gives is a really feminine touch and warms it up, setting it apart from the average silver shimmer polish. Sort of plain though, not something you will get a ton of compliments on. The formula was average for OPI and I reached full opacity in two coats.
Live and Let Die- “Burn the candles at both ends with this private, jet black.” Not jet black. Dark dark dark blackened green with gold glass fleck glitter. Another interesting one, but this one pulls far ahead of The World Is Not Enough. This is almost black, but it obviously green when worn. The glitter gives it dimension and depth. I feel like this is a “vampy christmas” shade if that makes sense, you could totally pull this off as a holiday shade without being overtly CHRISTMAS about it. The formula to this one was a lot like The Spy Who Loved Me, nice and thin in a good way. Very opaque, you can almost get away with only one coat it you play your cards right.
Overall- I think the set is a good buy at under $13.00 you can sample 4 of the shades from the OPI Skyfall collection and hopefully fall in love with at least one! I know I’ll be purchasing larger versions of The Spy Who Loved Me, GoldenEye, and maybe Live and Let Die. You can find this set at Ulta for $12.95.
Have you guys tried any of these shades? Or do you have one from the Skyfall collection that’s your favorite? Let me know in the comments!

I bought these a few days ago and seriously, I’m in love. I wore Goldeneye for christmas and I still have it on my nails, almost unchipped! I think I will try to do The spy how loved me with Goldeneye on the tips like in one of your pictures for NYE, it’s a beautiful idea =)
I can’t get over how gorgeous these OPI polishes are! I have “The Man With the Golden Gun” and it’s my absolute favorite!
They are all really nice, but man, Spy Who Loved Me is so ridiculously pretty.
